RICHWAY WARRANTY & REPAIR POLICY
All our products include their full documentation, warranty, and repair policy. We have worked closely with Richway’s tech and repairs department for 15 years, and have always been impressed with their commitment, effort, support, and resources.
BioMat products include a 3 year limited warranty, which covers any malfunction of the BioMat or the controller. After 3 years, Richway continues to support the product for its serviceable lifetime. They offer extremely reasonable pricing for repairs or replacement components, even after the warranty is expired.
Depending on the nature of the malfunction, the product in question, and the number of years since the purchase, there can be fees to have the item repaired or replaced.
Chances are, you will never need repair service for these products. But if you do encounter a problem, please contact Richway by phone or email. They may be able to fix the problem over the phone.
