We had a wonderful time this year, and last year too, at AANP. We have many wonderful announcements to share that have developed out of the event over the last couple of years.

8/17/10  We are proud to announce that Academy of Spirit has donated an Amethyst Bio-Mat™ to Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington, for the students and staff to use. We are working closely with Dr. Dan Church, President of Bastyr University, who was very excited to approve the concept of having the mat on campus available for all to use.

We are also in negotiation with many of the other schools of naturopathic medicine in the US and Canada and hope to be able to donate mats to all of them in the near future. If you are associated with a school and want to get on our list of those to receive a donated mat for the students and staff to use please contact our President, Wendy Lewis, Ph.D. to get started.

8/17/10  We might just be totally out of our minds here, but we want everyone to try the mat with their patients before they buy it so we are offering to send them one of our loaner mats to try for a week before they make their final decision to purchase. There is a really long waiting list to get our loaner mats because we had many physicians from all over the world take us up on our offer to try it before you buy it.

Instead of waiting for one of our mats, which may be months judging by the number of requests we received, we have another idea. This is just another way to TRY IT BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO KEEP IT. To take advantage of that offer all you have to do is order the product, pay for it using a credit card and when it is delivered you have 7 Days to use it and decide if you want to keep it. If you say " no, I don't want it" then we get you a return number and it goes back no problem. The company requires that you pay the return shipping. But in this special situation where we don't have enough loaner mats to get them to everyone who wants them in a timely manner we are offering to PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING FOR YOU. All you need to do to take advantage of this offer is to let us know of your intent to return the mat no later than the morning of the 7th day and we will help you get the return authorization number and also help coordinate the pick up of the product. It may work out that you will have to pay the shipping and we will reimburse you, but we will try to work it out so that the shipping is paid for buy us directly to our carrier.

8/17/10  There was so much interest in having the physicians be able to exchange information about what the mat has been successfully prescribed to treat that we have decided to create a page just for physicians. It will be a secured page where you can become a member and chat with each other and our Medical Director, Kat Halloran, ND. You can ask questions, exchange ideas and learn how others have used the Bio-Mat to treat their patients. This secured area will require a short application and a copy of your medical license to gain access. It will be set up in a couple of weeks, so please check back then. 8/1/10  Here at Academy of Spirit we have a full time employee whose job it is to assist all the Physicians and Practitioners who want their patients to have or use the Bio-Mat for treatment. We will assist your office staff or your patients in placing orders for a Bio-Mat, we will handle all information securely and with respect.
